A record number of Americans want to be a part of history and attend the inauguration of President-elect Barack Obama but, unfortunately, only 250,000 tickets are up for grabs. While many websites are claiming to sell tickets online, your Better Business Bureau (BBB) is advising the public that purchasing scalped tickets could leave you out in the cold with empty pockets on Inauguration Day.
