Kickback
Any money, fee, commission, credit, gift, gratuity, a thing of value, or compensation of any kind, which can be paid or received, directly or indirectly, from one person to another, in order to influence their decision in a particular situation, which is usually an illegal, secret agreement between the parties involved. A person can mean a corporation, partnership, business association of any kind, trust, joint stock company, or individual.
